Bethamcherla (Andhra Pradesh), May 26 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath on Friday laid the foundation stone for the construction of a 53-km long road with a cost estimation of Rs 630 crore at H Kottala village in Nandyala district.

This 53-km long road, being built on National Highway 340 B (NH – 340 B) will start from Somayajulapalli in Orvakal mandal (Kurnool district). Passing through Bethamcherla mandal, the road will be laid till Dhone (a town in Nandyala district) as part of the national highway, said the Finance Minister in a press note shared by the state government today.

Before laying the foundation stone, Rajendranath offered prayers at Anjaneya Swamy temple located on H Kottala village road.
