Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 25, (ANI): BJP leader Kirit Somaiya on Wednesday made serious allegations regarding both the incident of the Dharavi Mosque demolition where a crowd gathered, and the AIMIM rally led by former MP Imtiaz Jaleel.
The BJP leader claimed that there was a conspiracy to provoke muslim community in Maharashtra.

"More than 10 lakh appeals were circulated regarding the demolition of Subhani Mosque, and voice mails were also circulated. Lakhs of messages were made viral on social media and letters were also sent to various places. At the same time, AIMIM's Imtiaz Jaleel reaches Mumbai with 3000 vehicles and 12 thousand people. Who is behind this?" Somaiya said.
"Information that went viral was forwarded from the mobile of a Congress leader. The arrival of so many vehicles and organisations with donations from Pakistan ISI links are also involved in this. I have given all the document proofs to the Deputy Chief Minister. It will be investigated," he further alleged.
Somaiya slammed the Congress and Uddhav Thackeray for indulging in politics of 'Vote jihad' in Maharashtra.
"The conspiracy of Congress and Uddhav Thackeray Sena for vote jihad in the assembly elections will soon be exposed," he said.
Meanwhile on September 22, the Dharavi Police registered an FIR and arrested 3 persons in connection with the roadblock and attack on a BMC vehicle that had come for encroachment demolition.
As per the Mumbai Police, FIR has been registered under sections 132, 189(1), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 324(3), 191(3) of BNS 2023 and Sections 37(1) (C), 135 of MP Act 1951 and a few other sections of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, and Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.
