New Delhi [India], April 6 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda took oath as member of Rajya Sabha in Delhi on Saturday.
Vice-President and Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Jagdeep Dhankhar administered the oath to Nadda as elected member of Rajya Sabha from Gujarat in Parliament House today.

"Vice-President of India & Chairman, Rajya Sabha, Jagdeep Dhankhar administered oath to Jagat Prakash Narayan Lal Nadda as the elected Member of Rajya Sabha in Parliament House today," the office of the Vice President said in a post on X. The post also included pictures from the occasion.

Apart from Nadda, five other newly-elected members of the Rajya Sabha also took oath on Saturday.
The elected members who took oath today include Ashokrao Shankarrao Chavan from Maharashtra, Chunnilal Garasiya from Rajasthan, Anil Kumar Yadav Mandadi from Telangana and Sushmita Dev and Mohammad Nadimul Haque from West Bengal.
