Jaipur, Jul 25 (PTI) The National Company Law Tribunal's Jaipur bench will start hearing cases from tomorrow.

The bench, which was notified on June 28 by the ministry of corporate affairs, was inaugurated by Rajasthan High Court Judge K S Jhaveri here today.

As many as 124 cases in the jurisdiction of Rajasthan have been transferred from the tribunal's principal bench in New Delhi to the Jaipur bench.

All these pending cases and new ones from the state will be heard and decided by the Jaipur bench.  

To start with, the bench will hear the case twice a week.

The tribunal has constituted a bench of M M Kumar to hear the cases in Jaipur.
