Mumbai, Oct 20 (PTI) Domestic ratings agency Icra on Friday announced that one of its arms will be acquiring D2K Technologies India for Rs 15.4 crore.

D2K is a provider of software solutions to banks and other financial institutions and the acquisition will strengthen the rating agency's capabilities in the risk and analytics space, according to a regulatory filing.

*** SBI Mutual Fund launches its NIFTY 1D Rate Exchange Traded Fund * SBI Mutual Fund on Friday announced the launch of SBI NIFTY 1D Rate Exchange Traded Fund, which will be using the NIFTY 1D Rate Index as the benchmark.

The new fund offer would open on October 23 and close on October 26, a statement said.
