New Delhi, Jun 8 (PTI) Wockhardt today said its board has approved raising up to Rs 1,500 crore of additional capital by way of one or more public or private offerings, including through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).
The Special Resolution has been approved by the Members of the Company with requisite majority, the company said in a regulatory filing.
