New Delhi, March 30: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CTET Result 2026 for the February session today, March 30, on its official website ctet.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test can now access and download their scorecards online. The results come after a large-scale examination process that saw over 25 lakh candidates participate across 1,803 centres nationwide, reflecting the strong demand for teaching eligibility certification in India.
The CTET Result 2026 includes outcomes for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is meant for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for those aiming to teach Classes 6 to 8. CBSE has confirmed that scorecards will be available only in digital format, and no physical copies will be sent by post. Candidates can also access their mark sheets and eligibility certificates via DigiLocker, where documents will feature secure QR codes for verification. How to Check CTET Result 2026 Scorecard
- Visit the official website ctet.nic.in
- Click on “CTET Feb 2026 Result” link
- Enter your roll number
- View your result on the screen
- Download and save the scorecard for future use
To qualify in the CTET Result 2026, general category candidates must score at least 60 percent, equivalent to 90 out of 150 marks. Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PwD are required to secure a minimum of 55 percent, or 82 marks, with relaxations applicable as per institutional policies. CBSE finalized the results after reviewing objections raised against the provisional answer key released earlier in March. The CTET certificate holds lifetime validity, enabling qualified candidates to apply for teaching positions in central and state government schools.
