New Delhi, November 10: There will be reactions on the Supreme Court's verdict in favour of Hindus in the Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi title dispute case. Meanwhile, peace prevailed across the country and no untoward incident was reported from anywhere. In Ayodhya where the disputed site is located, police said that no incident of violence was reported following the apex court's judgment. "Whether it is Muslim brothers or Hindus, all have accepted the verdict. We have not faced any challenges," police officer Amar Singh said.

Cyclone 'Bulbul', which weakened from 'very severe' to 'severe', has crossed the coast of West Bengal. "Severe cyclonic storm 'Bulbul' crossed West Bengal coast close to Sundarban Dhanchi forest during 20:30 to 23:30 hrs IST of November 9 with the wind speed of 110-120 kmph gusting upto 135kmph," the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said early on Sunday. As cyclone 'Bulbul' was heading toward Bangladesh, nearly 100,000 people have been evacuated from its low-lying coastal villages and islands.

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal will leave for a three-day visit to the United States next week in a bid to resolve bilateral issues over trade between the two countries. Goyal will arrive in Washington on November 12 and is expected to hold talks with his American counterpart Robert Lighthizer on November 13, which may result in sealing the much-awaited trade deal. The minister's visit assumes significance in the wake of India's decision to not join Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.
