The Bombay High Court on Friday, August 23, orally said it will "restrain" the political parties from proceeding with their "Maharashtra Bandh" over the Bdlapur incident. A bench led by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya directed the state government to take necessary measures to prevent the statewide shutdown.
