New Zealand called off their limited-overs tour of Pakistan due to security concerns. 'Following an escalation in the New Zealand Government threat levels for Pakistan, and advice from NZC security advisors on the ground, it has been decided the BLACKCAPS will not continue with the tour.' the Black Caps said in the official statement.
New Zealand's limited-overs tour of Pakistan - three ODIs and five T20Is - has been called offΒ following a security alert by the New Zealand government. The tour was set to begin from September 17 onwards.
The BLACKCAPS are abandoning their tour of Pakistan following a New Zealand government security alert.
Arrangements are now being made for the teamβs departure.

Earlier today, the New Zealand cricket board informed us that they had been alerted to some security alert and have unilaterally decided to postpone the series.
