Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks won close contests against their opponents to win both games at home. In another game, the Cleveland Cavaliers also defeated Orlando Magic by 10 points.

LA Lakers threatened to win a game at the Ball Arena with Lebron James (26 points, 12 assists) and Anthony Davis (32 points, 11 rebounds) leading the way for the visitors. The New York Knicks also had to fight hard for a win as Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey put up offensive displays for the 76ers. But Josh Hart and Jalen Brunson carried the offensive load again for the Knicks leading the side to a 104-101 win at home.
