Congress MLA Joginder Pal has been caught on camera assaulting a man who asked him regarding the work done in his constituency. The shocking video which has gone viral on social media has just added to the list of problems already faced by the ruling Congress ahead of next year’s elections. The video clip shows Pal addressing a small crowd of people inside a tent in Bhoa in Pathankot district. As Pal speaks, the video clip shows a young man, who can be heard muttering. The man identified as Harsh Kumar as per a PTI report, questions Pal, "What have you really done?" The cop present at the event can also be seen joining the MLA in the assault.
