New Delhi, Aug 21 (PTI) Delhi on Wednesday recorded a minimum temperature of 25.5 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The humidity level stood at 83 per cent at 8.30 am.

The IMD has forecast generally cloudy skies and light rain during the day. The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 33 degrees Celsius.

On Tuesday, heavy rain in the national capital led to waterlogging in several areas, slowing traffic to a crawl.
