Jalandhar (Punjab) [India], September 10 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday attended the 118th 'Shaheed Parivar Fund' distribution event in Jalandhar.
On this occasion, CM Sukhu commended Punjab Kesari Newspaper Group for its outstanding contributions to journalism and social welfare.
"Punjab Kesari Group has been a steadfast supporter of martyr families for several years, and today relief material and financial aid to 225 families in Jammu and Kashmir have been sent. Participating in such programmes fills every individual with a sense of pride," he added.
Chairman Punjab Kesari Vijay Chopra, Joint Managing Directors Avinash Chopra and Amit Chopra, Directors Abhijay Chopra, Abhinav Chopra, and Aroosh Chopra, MLA Sudarshan Babloo, Chief Minister's Principal Advisor (Media) Naresh Chauhan, Chief Minister's Principal Private Secretary Vivek Bhatia, Congress Leader Vivek Sharma, and other dignitaries were also present at the occasion.
