Rudraprayag (Uttarakhand) [India], September 25 (ANI): State Disaster Rescue Force (SDRF) along with Uttarakhand police in a joint operation rescued 13 people after a vehicle crashed near Gaurikund on Shri Kedarnath Yatra route in Uttarakhand's Rudraprayag on Wednesday.

After receiving the information that a vehicle had crashed into a ditch on Gaurikund Road, the SDRF team, under the leadership of Inspector Karna Singh, immediately rushed to the spot.

The SDRF rescue team reached the spot and conducted a joint rescue operation with the district police and rescued 13 people, including 1 child, from the vehicle that crashed into the ditch. One person is missing, who is being searched by the SDRF team.

The vehicle was carrying devotees from various states who were going for Shri Kedarnath Darshan.
