India News | Woman's Body Found Hanging in House in UP's Gonda

Gonda (UP), May 26 (PTI) The body of a newly married woman was found hanging at her maternal home here, police said on Friday.

The deceased was identified as Khushboo, 21, a resident of Kanjemau village, Colonelganj Circle Officer Navina Shukla said.

No suicide note has been found, police said, adding that the body has been sent for post mortem.

She had come to her maternal house to attend a family function, police said.

Khushboo had got married to Shivam Singh, a resident of Chikhadi in Sitapur district, in March, they said.
