New Delhi, Sep 28 (PTI) Parenting community and babycare D2C brand BabyChakra has announced a new investment by actor and UN Goodwill Ambassador Dia Mirza.
The company did not divulge the financial details of the investment.
BabyChakra is part of content-to-commerce company Good Glamm Group.
Dia Mirza's decision to invest in BabyChakra is backed by her deep belief that Indian mothers and children deserve nothing less than the finest, non-toxic, and superior care, according to a release.
Dia will guide BabyChakra in incorporating sustainable and clean care principles into their product ranges.
"Working in collaboration with Dia, BabyChakra will create products specifically tailored to meet the evolving needs of mothers," the release said.
These products will be made using natural, dermatologically tested, toxin-free, and allergen-free ingredients while adhering to the highest global safety standards, it added.
*** CRED launches vehicle management platform * Fintech platform CRED on Thursday said it has launched comprehensive vehicle management platform CRED garage.
Through this platform, the members will get priority round-the-clock access to concierge service, timely reminders, document management and insights on spending on a single dashboard, according to a company statement.
At present, the platform services are available to all members and its features will be rolled out gradually across the member base.
"Whether a first-time owner or a motorhead, anyone who owns cars knows that the delight of driving often gets overtaken by the anxiety of managing and maintaining, CRED garage is our solution to this challenge," the company said in the statement.
*** KP Energy bags wind energy project in Gujarat * K P Energy on Thursday said it has bagged a wind energy project in Gujarat from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL).
The project falls under the company's Captive Power Producer (CPP) business segment, K P Energy said in a regulatory filing.
"K P Energy has been awarded contract(s) through the Notification of Award (NOA) for the development of a 464.10 MW balance of system package for an Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) connected wind energy project in Gujarat...awarded by NTPC REL through a competitive bidding process," it said.
Under these contracts, the company will provide a comprehensive range of services, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC).
K P Energy will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the contract for a duration of three years.
