Mumbai, Feb 3 (PTI) Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) on Thursday launched an insurance product which can be gifted to anyone.

Gifting of an insurance product has now been made possible via IRDAI sandbox regulations.

The product -- FG Gift of Health -- starts with a premium of Rs 501 and is available in two options- Future Hospicash and Accident Suraksha, a release said.

This policy can be gifted to an individual as well as the family of the gift receiver i.e., receiver, spouse of receiver and two dependent children (up to 25 years of age). *** *LIC, Policybazaar tie up to offer insurance products

State-owned Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and Policybazaar.com have joined hands to offer a wide range of term and investment products to consumers.

The affiliation aims at facilitating seamless digital distribution of life insurance products across the nation, a release said.

Edelweiss General Insurance (EGI) has launched an AI Voice Bot, which enables its customers intimate motor claims in a convenient and seamless manner.

This conversational AI Voice Bot, available in Hindi, English and Hinglish, will enable real time registration of claims 24x7, a release said.

It has been currently introduced for garage owners and will be offered to all customers as well in a month or two.

There is also no wait time unlike a normal call to the customer care, the release said.
