Rahul Gandhi Accuses Rajnath Singh of Lying on Compensation to Families of Martyr Agniveers, Indian Army Clarifies
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday, July 3, accused Defence Minister Rajnath Singh of lying in Parliament on compensation to families of Agniveers who lost their lives in the line of duty. He shared an interview of the father of Agniveer Ajay Kumar who claimed that he had not received any money after his son's death. After Gandhi's attack, the Indian Army issued a clarification stating that Kumar's has already been paid INR 98.39 lakh out of the amount due.
