Renault has officially expanded its subcompact SUV Kiger lineup in India with the introduction of a new mid-spec variant, the Evolution+. This strategic addition brings the total number of Kiger variants to thirteen, offering customers a broader selection of performance and feature configurations.

The new Evolution+ trim is designed to enhance accessibility to premium features and powertrain options. Renault Kiger Specifications and Features

The Renault Kiger continues to be offered with two engine choices: a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72 PS and 96 Nm of torque, and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine generating 100 PS and up to 160 Nm of torque. Transmission options for the naturally aspirated unit include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT, while the turbo-petrol engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT. The new Evolution+ trim includes features such as an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity, a Smart Access Card with push-button start/stop functionality, automatic climate control, and a height-adjustable driver seat. Renault Kiger Price in India

The Kiger range now starts at Rs 5.81 lakh for the Authentic MT variant, with the new Evolution+ trim priced starting at Rs 6.99 lakh. The Evolution+ turbo-petrol manual variant is priced at Rs 7.89 lakh, serving as the most affordable turbo-manual option in the lineup.
