The upcoming sci-fi film Spaceman is set to debut on Netflix on March 1, with a special screening held in Los Angeles ahead of its release. Lead actor Adam Sandler, accompanied by his wife Jackie and their daughters Sunny and Sadie, attended the premiere event.
