Swapnil Mayekar is survived by his wife and two daughters. He has also done a few other works in Marathi cinema which were appreciated by many.
Swapnil Mayekar directed the film Marathi Paul Padate Pudhe which was slated to release tomorrow, on May 5. But Swapnil unfortunately passed away before he could see the film come to light. His death has shocked the Marathi film and art world.
