A man in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar, Tariq Ahmad Patloo, has set up a floating ambulance using Shikara to deal with the COVID-19 crisis. "Considering the situation at hospitals and homes due to rising cases, I've set up this facility for people, which has PPE kits, stretchers and wheelchair," Patloo told ANI.
