In a cabinet reshuffle, Elizabeth Truss has been appointed as the United Kingdom's Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs. Truss replaced Dominic Raab. Forty-year-old Truss was previosly the International Trade Secretary.
