JMM MLA Basant Soren, who is the brother of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, gave a bizarre answer when he was asked about his recent visit to Delhi. Basant Soren said that he had gone to Delhi to get new undergarments. He said: "I had run out of undergarments, so I went to Delhi to purchase them. I get them from there."
