PUBG Corporation recently confirmed that it will be releasing the PS version of the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) game by early next month. Ahead of the official rollout, Amazon has leaked the release date of the PS4 version of online game. The e-commerce has revealed that PUBG PS4 release date is set for December 8. The date seems to be perfect as the fact that its day after the 'Game Awards 2018'. According to the leak details, it is believed that the PUBG PS4 might borrow its design sensibilities considering the fact that PUBG Corp works very closely with the maker. Though Amazon has immediately removed the listing, but it hasn't managed to grab many eyeballs.

Moreover, a member of ResetEra - video gaming forum highlighted a post from last month in a separate PlayStation forum known as PSNProfiles wherein the user mentioned that the PUBG game was present in their PS game database. In the ResetEra thread, Daniel Ahmad - video games analyst also stated that that PUBG will be introducing the game on PS4 by next month itself. However, some users hinting to a one-year exclusively deal for Microsoft and Bluehole.

In regards to the comments related to release of the game around The Game Awards 2018 on December 6 in Los Angeles, Ahmad also stated that - “Pretty much. Although maybe they'll announce its actual existence earlier or something.”

Coming back to the September leak, the Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee had already rated PUBG for PS4. As the fact that the game will be hitting the 1.0 on Xbox One, it is speculated that the developer will also be looking to explore more platforms.

Moreover, the full release on Xbox One also carried - Console Launch exclusive as label, which further revealed a release of PS4 version at some point in time.
