New Delhi, January 5: A suspect has been detained after multiple windows were smashed at the Ohio residence of US Vice President JD Vance, triggering a swift response from the Secret Service and local law enforcement. The incident occurred early Monday morning in Cincinnati’s East Walnut Hills neighbourhood, officials confirmed.

Windows Smashed During Early-Morning Security Breach

According to authorities, the breach was detected shortly after midnight when Secret Service personnel assigned to the property noticed an individual behaving suspiciously near the residence. Agents reported visible damage to several windows and physically detained the suspect on the property around 12:15 a.m. Cincinnati police arrived moments later and formally took the individual into custody.
