New Delhi, Sep 27 (PTI) Chinese tech major Xiaomi has bolstered its portfolio with new products across categories like television, air purifier and fitness bands as it looks to cash in on the upcoming festive season.
The company Thursday launched three new models under its Mi LED Smart TV Pro range, priced at Rs 14,999 onwards.
"These launches come ahead of the festive season. We want to give consumers a wide selection of products to choose from," Raghu Reddy, Head of Online Sales, Xiaomi India said.
Xiaomi has also entered into the home surveillance market with the launch of its Mi home security cameras.
Besides, the company introduced a range of ecosystem and lifestyle products, including Mi Band 3 (fitness tracker), Mi Air Purifier 2S and Mi Luggage.

Xerox partners Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals for document management *
Tech major Xerox Thursday said it has bagged a multi-year contract from Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals to manage printing services.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Xerox will help fuel Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals' digital transformation journey by optimising document printing and costs, a statement said.
"Our technology and services will enable Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals to migrate to new digital workflows and provide detailed analytics to reduce print volumes and paper consumption," Ritesh Gandotra, Director Managed Document Services, Xerox India said.

PayPal, Shopify partner to enable domestic payments for merchants in India *
Digital payments major PayPal Thursday said it has partnered with multi-channel commerce platform Shopify for the Indian market.
PayPal is now available as a preferred payment option for Shopify merchants looking for the convenience of a single account for their domestic and international transactions, a statement said.
"Shopify has been helping merchants take the first step towards online selling and we bridge the trust gap between merchants and consumers, by ensuring safe and secure transactions in India as well as across 200 markets," PayPal India Director (Channel Partnerships) Devendra Trivedi said.

The Startup India – Maharashtra Yatra will be launched on October 3 by Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu in Mumbai, an official statement said Thursday.
After a successful run in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the Startup India Yatra is making its way to Maharashtra, the Commerce Ministry said in the statement.
The yatra van, equipped with facilities for individuals and startups to pitch their ideas, is scheduled to travel to 16 districts with 23 van stops and 14 boot camps.
The aspiring entrepreneurs are required to register at startupindia.gov.in to participate in the yatra.
