Agartala (Tripura) [India], November 9 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended one Bangladeshi national and three Rohingyas in Tripura, said BSF on Saturday in a press release.

The Bangladeshi national is a resident of Cumilla district and was apprehended by BSF troops of BOP Kamlasagar under Sepahijala district at around 12:30 pm, said BSF.

In another operation, BSF troops of Panisagar Sector apprehended three Rohingya illegal migrants including one woman and two men, added the release.

Preliminary questioning is underway. More updates on the matter are awaited.

BSF is maintaining a high level of alertness on the international border to prevent infiltration, said the release. (ANI)
