Tarn Taran (Punjab) [India], October 16 (ANI): The Border Security Force (BSF) in a joint operation with the Punjab police recovered one partially broken drone made in China from the border area of Tarn Taran district, officials said on Wednesday.

According to the BSF, a search operation was launched in the border area upon information from BSF intelligence wing about the presence of a drone.

The search operation was started in the evening and the drone was recovered at around 5.40 pm. "The recovered drone has been identified as a China-made DJI MAVIC 3 Classic", the officials said.

Earlier on October 13, BSF troops in a joint operation with Punjab police recovered a made-in-China drone in Punjab's Tarn Taran district.

Based on information from the BSF intelligence wing about the presence of a drone in the border area of Tarn Taran district, a joint search operation was carried out in the suspected area. During the search operation, at about 02:00 pm, troops successfully recovered one drone from a harvested farming field adjacent to village Wan in Tarn Taran District, BSF said. (ANI)
