Bengaluru, Jul 3 (PTI) The Karnataka government has decided to commence English medium classes alongside Kannada and other mediums in 4,134 state-run primary schools.
The order will come into effect from the academic year 2025-26 by utilising locally available resources.
In an order issued on Wednesday, the government accorded permission. "Subject to the conditions to commence English medium (Bilingual medium) classes alongside the existing Kannada and other mediums in Government Primary Schools in the state," it said.
