Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 8 (ANI): Congress MLA and former Maharashtra minister Aslam Shaikh allegedly received a death threat from a caller who claimed to be gangster Goldy Brar, police said on Sunday.
As per police, the caller first introduced himself as gangster Goldy Brar and said that he would eliminate the Congress MLA within two days.
Goldy Brar, is among the alleged masterminds in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.
Bangur Nagar police in Maharashtra's Malad have registered an FIR against the unidentified person under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
