Bhopal, Dec 28 (PTI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan ridiculed Rahul Gandhi for being absent from the Congress' 136th Foundation Day event in Delhi on Monday.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi and former party chief Rahul Gandhi gave the party's 136th Foundation Day event a miss with senior party leader A K Antony unfurling the flag at the AICC headquarters here.
In a tweet in Hindi, Chouhan said Rahul may have gone "partying".
