Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 30 (ANI): BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain, recovering from a cardiac arrest, was discharged on Saturday, Dr Jalil Parkar at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai informed through a brief statement.
He has been advised a rest for fifteen days, according to Dr Parkar.

The BJP leader was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday evening after suffering a cardiac arrest.
"Shahnawaz Hussain has successfully undergone PRIMARY RCA angioplasty. He has recovered well and is being discharged today. He has been advised to rest for 15 days," Parkar said.

Shahnawaz is a national spokespersons of the BJP.
He was the Union Minister for Textiles and the Minister of Civil Aviation in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. (ANI)
