Chandigarh, Jun 4 (PTI) Congress candidate Manish Tewari was leading from Chandigarh parliamentary constituency against BJP's Sanjay Tandon in initial trends, according to the Election Commission.
Tewari, the former union minister, was leading by 739 votes, the EC portal showed.
Counting of votes for the lone Chandigarh seat began at 8 am amid tight security arrangements.
