Sriram Raghavan, the man who made brilliant thrillers like Ek Hasina Thi, Johnny Gaddaar and Badlapur, is making another possible cult film with Andhadhun. The movie has an unusual lead cast in Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu. Already, some reviews are in and they are in praise of the film. It's time for us to judge how terrific a movie AndhaDhun is and here's what our movie critic Sreeju Sudhakaran has to say about the first half of the film.

"Akash is a blind pianist who is really good with his music. Pramod Sinha is a faded star who is living in the memories of his past glory. One fine day, their narratives cross paths and all hell breaks loose. That's all I can say about the plot without ruining any damn thing. Ayushmann Khurrana's AndhaDhun, Aayush Sharma's LoveYatri, Tom Hardy's Venom - Which Movie This Week Excites You The Most? For there is a lot that could get spoilt just mentioning the basic thread. Nearly every main player has a dark side that leads some really good black humour moments. The twists and turns come in at every interval and one big reveal is spoilt with the first 15 minutes or so. Each actor is terrific, but the real hero is Sriram Raghavan.

Some fine writing, acting and direction make AndhaDhun such a terrific watch at least in the first half. Yes, Mr Raghavan, I am so looking forward to see what you have in store for us in the second half."
