A 27-year-old elementary school teacher in Arizona was accused of performing a sexual activity on her 13-year-old student. Brittany Zamora was accused of performing oral sex on the student. The paedophile began her 20-year jail term last week. But while she pleaded guilty in the court, she passed the blame on the 13-year-old child, claiming him to be 'aggressive' and 'obsessed.'

Zamora was charged for sexual conduct with a minor, molestation of a child and public indecency. Her lawyer Belen Olmedo Guerra, however, has blamed the minor victim for the activity. In a statement given to the media, the lawyer mentioned that the boy had "many, many behavioural issues" and was "very aggressive". She also said that the teacher is no monster. Guerra was quoted, "I have represented Brittany Zamora for almost 16 months and I can tell you that she is not a monster. Brittany is not a predator and this was not between a young child and Brittany. This was a teenager…She is not a danger to society." It is astonishing how despite the case running for a year and revealing of all text messages, the blame is being slipped on the victim. Florida: Foster Mother Has Sex With 17-Year-Old Adopted Son, He Says Nothing Wrong Between Them As it Wasn't Rape!

The lawyer also mentioned that Zamora had requested the school principal to remove the boy from the class, but he had refused. She said that the boy was really obsessed with his teacher. The matter was revealed after the child's parents found X-rated messages on his phone. The teacher had even shared naked pictures of herself. She started flirting with him and had sex with him. It is reported that the boy then messaged her asking her to have sex again.
