Enforcement Directorate (ED) to approach the court seeking a non-bailable warrant against Hawala operator Nandkishor Chaturvedi in the Pushpak Bullion case. Chaturvedi had transferred Rs 30 crores in Shridhar Patankar's company, who is the brother-in-law of Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray.
