Maharashtra Congress MLA Aslam Shaikh Receives Death Threat From Caller Claiming to Be Gangster Goldy Brar, Probe Launched

An unknown person allegedly claimed to be fugitive Canadian gangster Goldy Brar and called on former Maharashtra Minister and Congress MLA Aslam Shaikh's mobile and threatened to kill him in two days. A case has been registered under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 506 (2) and 507 and a probe is underway, police said.
