Bajrami scored the first goal in just 23 seconds when he made the most of a poor throw-in from Italy's Federico Dimarco. He gave Albania the lead in the match before goals from Alessandro Bastoni and Nicolo Barella ensured that the defending champions started off with a win at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund.
