So, that is the end of IPL 2020 player auction. Total of 62 players were sold at this year's auction. Rajasthan Royals picked the most number of players, 11, in the auction, followed by Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders.

The highly-anticipated Indian Premier League 2020 (IPL 2020) player auction kicks off at its scheduled time of 3.30 pm IST (Indian Standard Time) on December 19 (Thursday). A total of 332 cricketers will go under the hammer in the IPL Season 13 player auction. The IPL 2020 auction is taking place in Kolkata. The city will host the IPL 2020 auction for the first time. As far as uncapped players are concerned, seven players have a base price of 40 lakhs, eight are in the price bracket of 30 lakhs while 183 cricketers have a base price of 20 lakhs. In the IPL 2020 auction, 186 players are domestic while the overseas number is at 143. In the IPL 2020 auction, seven players, all overseas, have the base price of INR 2 crore. These three franchises have over 27 crores left in their purse.
