PM Narendra Modi Shares Video on ‘Vrikshasana’ Ahead of World Yoga Day on June 21

Ahead of World Yoga Day on June 21, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is sharing videos encouraging people to take up Yoga. Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a video on how to perform ‘vrikshasana’. On 5th June, he shared an animated video explaining how to perform ‘trikonasana’ or triangle pose. And on 6th June, he shared a video showing how to perform ‘tadasana’. June 21 was designated as World Yoga Day on Modi’s suggestion at the UN General Assembly speech in 2014.
