ED Attaches Juhu Flat, Other Properties Worth Nearly Rs 98 Crore Of Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty In Money Laundering Case

Legal troubles seem to be mounting in for Raj Kundra and his family, as Enforcement Directorate (ED) Mumbai has attached immovable and movable properties worth Rs. 97.79 Crore belonging to Raj under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in the Bitcoin investment fraud case. The attached properties include residential flat situated in Juhu presently in the name of Shilpa, bungalow situated in Pune and equity shares in the name of Raj Kundra. The ED reportedly initiated an investigation based on multiple FIRs registered by Maharashtra Police and Delhi Police against one Variable Tech Private Limited, and accused - late Amit Bhardwaj, Ajay Bhardwaj, Vivek Bhardwaj, Simpy Bhardwaj, Mahender Bhardwaj and others.
