Janhvi Kapoor is one strong girl of the gen x! She debuted in Bollywood with Dhadak, under extremely difficult circumstances. Just ahead of the film's release, her mom and superstar Sridevi passed away in an accident. Janhvi has always spoken about her mother whenever she could and yet again she shared a beautiful memory with her. She told how she had an argument with Sridevi and ended up crying. It was then when Sridevi realized that her daughter looks good while crying! No Bollywood Debut for Khushi Kapoor Anytime Soon! The Star Kid Will Pursue an Acting Course in New York Before That.

During a chat show, Janhvi said,  "I remember this one incident. This was a little after I told mom I wanted to act. We had an argument about something and I started crying a lot. I was really crying and she looked at me and said, 'You look good when you cry. It's good for an actor. I feel bad for you.' I was like, 'Mom, you really need to feel bad for me, not from an actor's point of view."

They did not call Sridevi a superstar for no reason! Janhvi was recently compared to her mother recently after she posted stunning pictures in a red outfit. She had an uncanny resemblance with younger Sridevi and the fans became nostalgic instantly.

Now, everyone has an eye on her next big films which are Takht and a biopic on IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena. She will also be seen in a film with Rajkummar Rao.
