The 72nd edition of the much celebrated Canne Film Festival is all set to take place on May 14. The fete which is an annual event held in Cannes, France, previews films of all genres, including documentaries from all around the world. The festival is considered to be one of the biggest events for filmmakers and distributors. Jim Jarmusch's zombie comedy, The Dead Don't Die will be the opening film of the festival. Also, the list of films that will be screened at the coveted festival is now out. It includes Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie in lead roles.  After being criticised for low female artists representation, this year's list includes overall, 13 female directors who are represented in the 47-film official selection.  Surprisingly, there is not a single Indian selection at this year's festival.
