Indian Men's Volleyball Team Register Landmark Victory By Defeating South Korea 3-2 in Group Stage Encounter of Asian Games 2023
India stunned South Korea with their display and will enter next stage as the group champions. South Korea are ranked 27th while India is ranked 73rd which makes it a landmark victory.
A historical victory for the Indian Men's volleyball team as they defeat Silver medalist of Asian Games 2018, South Korea in group stage encounter. The match was a thrilling and narrowly fought encounter, going in to five sets. India were resilient as they came back from a oneĀ set deficit and took the lead. South Korea equalised again. In the final set, India lost two match points but recovered again to seal victory. They will now enter the next round as group champions.Ā This is India's first win over South Korea in 10 years.
