Manikanta Hoblidhar Scripts New National Record By Clocking 10.23s in Men’s 100m Event at National Open Athletics Championships 2023
The Services athlete broke the previous national record, that was held by Amiya Mallik who had clocked 10.26 seconds. He was competing in Heat 3 of the semifinal. Elakkiyadasan, who represents Railways, finished second.
Manikanta Hoblidhar has created a new national record at the National Open Athletics Championships 2023, which is being held in Bengaluru. The Services athlete clocked a timing of 10.23 seconds to finish first in the men's 100m semifinal race and achieve this new record.
