New Delhi, Jan 7 (PTI) A 24-year-old youth has allegedly been stabbed to death by unidentified assailants in South Delhi's Chattarpur area, police said Monday.
The man, identified as Gulshan, a resident of Chhattarpur, was stabbed to death Sunday evening. He was on bed rest for a long time after an accident last year, they added.
On Sunday, the deceased person's mother returned home at around 11 pm and called police after seeing her son lying in a pool of blood, a senior police officer said.
Police suspect that he was killed due to personal enmity and a case has been registered. CCTV camera footage of the area are being scanned, the officer said. PTI NIT ******************
Two nabbed for robberies
New Delhi, Jan 7 (PTI) Two men were arrested on Monday for allegedly robbing two persons in separate incidents, police said Monday.
The accused were identified as Deepanshu (22) and Rahul Paul (22), residents of Lado Sarai, they added.
Police were informed about a snatching near Saket Metro Station, they said.
Upon reaching the spot, it was fond that at around 5 am, two pedestrians Brahm Prakash and Sadanand Chaudhary were robbed by two boys separately who were carrying knife, a senior police officer said.
The accused took away the wallet of both the victims. Prakash's wallet had original ID card, some other documents and Rs 90 inside it while Chaudhary was carrying driving license, Aadhaar card and Rs 1,000 in cash. Their mobile phones were also robbed, the officer said.
A car was found parked on the road side when complainants approached the spot with police. The complainants also identified two boys, police said, adding the accused were arrested and the items robbed from them were recovered. PTI NIT

Two arrested for dacoity-cum-murder case
New Delhi, Jan 7 (PTI) Two men, carrying a reward of RS 25,000 on their head and wanted in a dacoity-cum-murder case in 2017, were arrested, police said Monday.
The accused were identified as Sitam Das (50) and Manoj (32), residents of Motihari district in Bihar, they added.
On Saturday, police received information that Sitam Das, who was wanted in a murder case, was working as truck driver at Dharuheda, Rajasthan, Rajiv Ranjan, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime), said.
Later, police got the information that he has come to Delhi to meet his co-associate Manoj. Following this, a trap was laid near the New Delhi Railway Station and both the accused were arrested on Sunday, the officer said.
During interrogation, it was revealed that on October 1, 2017, they, along with their accomplices, had committed dacoity in a factory at Mundka area and had looted 217 bags of imported plastic granules after killing the guard of the factory, he added.
Eight accused persons were already arrested, police said. PTI NIT

26-year-old robber arrested
New Delhi, Jan 7 (PTI) A 26-year-old man wanted in several cases of robbery was arrested, police said Monday.
The accused was identified as Wasim, a resident of Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh, they said.
On Saturday, police got information that Wasim was roaming around in Uttam Nagar. At around 7 pm, he was arrested, a senior police officer said.
Wasim revealed that he met Dimple and Rohit in a pub. Both were running a gang which Wasim joined and started committing robberies in different parts of Delhi, he added.
The gang was busted in July, 2015 when all the members, except Wasim, were arrested, police said, adding one country-made pistol and two live rounds were recovered from his possession. PTI NIT ******************
Four held for robbing two persons at Tughlaqabad Fort
New Delhi, Jan 7 (PTI) Four men, who allegedly committed a robbery at Tughlakabad Fort to carry out marriage expenses of their gang leader, were arrested, police said Monday.
The accused were identified as Kuldeep (27), Pankaj Mandal (28), Sachin Mirdha (21) and Raja Mishra (21), they said.
On Friday, at around 11 am, two persons came to visit Tughlaqabad Fort. While they were clicking photos, three to four accosted them and robbed them of their mobile phones, debit cards and cash and fled towards jungle area, a senior police officer said.
On Saturday, police, along with the victim, went to the fort and found a wallet having ID of one Raja Mishra and on the basis of that arrested the accused from his residence.
During interrogation, Mishra disclosed that he, along with his associates, had committed robbery at Tughlaqabad Fort. Later, his associates were also arrested, police said, adding mobile phones, debit cards and one knife were recovered from their possession.
