Palghar, Jan 12 (PTI) The body of an unidentified man was found on Thursday in a pond in Vasai in Maharashtra's Palghar district, a police official said.

The body of the man, in his mid-50s, was found in the afternoon in Gokhivare Talao, he said.

Efforts are on to identify the person and carry the probe forward, he added.
