List of Directives for Officials on Treatment of MLAs and MPs
- Respect and Courtesy: Officials must rise and greet MLAs and MPs when they visit offices. Listen attentively to their concerns and assist as needed. Use polite and respectful language during telephone communication.
- Government Programmes and Invitations: Invite MLAs, MPs, and other dignitaries to major events such as inaugurations or bhumi pujas. Ensure correct printing of names in invitations and follow official seating protocols.
